A founding partner of DEN Property Group, Bailey's familiarity within the downtown core stems from his tenure at the most luxurious downtown highrises. His move to Austin, over ten years ago, at the ground breaking of the The Residences at W Austin, as well as living downtown, provided his breadth of knowledge amongst competing and neighboring properties. Bailey opened the first Starwood property to combine hotel and residences, The Residences at W Dallas, and managed their residential operations prior to being scouted to oversee sales of The Residences at W Austin. Following the successful sellout of the Residences at W Austin, Bailey began sales for The KOR Group with their new branded residences, Austin Proper. As the newest echelon of luxury residences in Austin, the sales velocity and early success can be attributed to the location, Kelly Wearstler's interior design, and the limited number of exclusive residences. Since relocating to Austin, Bailey met the love of his life, Margaret, and they have had two smart, gorgeous, spirited daughters.

As DEN’s Director of Developer Relations, Kristin’s provides our developer clients with personalized service and hospitality at every turn. Kristin began her real estate career in New York City as a licensed real estate agent and quickly became the Director of Sales at her first brokerage. She was eventually recruited to join one of the top-producing, national firms in New York City. When she was presented with the opportunity to move to Austin with her family, she did not hesitate to make the move.
In her nearly two years in Austin she has become an invaluable resource to our developer clientele. Moreover Kristin’s passion for resort communities & hospitality started at a very young age being born into a family that is deeply rooted in real estate development. Kristin’s success is attributed to an excellent work ethic and the relationships she naturally creates with each of her clients. Her ethos is based on trust, loyalty and her knowledge of multiple real estate markets. She is a licensed broker in both Texas and New York.
Kristin attended the University of Florida and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College and further pursued a career as a professional actress and producer in New York and Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Houston, Kelly’s journey took a transformative turn when she moved to Austin to attend college. Instantly captivated by the vibrant culture, dynamic community, and stunning landscapes of Austin, she knew she had found her new home. After completing her degree in Real Estate Finance at The University of Texas, Kelly began her professional career, gaining invaluable experience at several firms. Each role helped shape her understanding of the real estate industry, but it was her position at DEN that truly allowed her to thrive.
As Chief Financial Officer at DEN, Kelly has dedicated over 10 years to the firm, becoming an integral part of its success. In her role, she oversees financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring that the company remains on solid financial footing while pursuing ambitious growth objectives. Her keen analytical skills and attention to detail have been pivotal in managing 50+ agents. Kelly takes pride in mentoring her team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development.
Outside of her professional life, Kelly embraces all that Austin has to offer. She lives there with her husband and children, enjoying the city's blend of outdoor activities and cultural experiences. When she’s not at work, you can find her exploring new travel destinations or engaging in her favorite sports. Kelly is passionate about staying active and finds joy in playing volleyball and soccer, lifting weights at the gym, and soaking up the beauty of the outdoors.
